Ticket Returns and Refunds Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, in certain circumstances, we will issue either credit notes or refunds.
If an event is canceled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 6 business days.
If an event is rescheduled or there is a significant change of time, you are entitled to a full refund if you are unable to attend. You may also choose a credit note valid for 6 months.
Refunds are not available if you cannot attend due to personal reasons such as illness or a change of plans, but tickets can be transferred to another person.
In cases of government restrictions or force majeure, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
Refunds will be processed within 6 business days and credit notes will be valid for 6 months.
