The Blaxploitation genre is flawed but it gave us a plethora of no-BS women, including Pam Grier here in the title role. When Foxy’s undercover cop boyfriend is killed by a drug gang, she decides to take sweet revenge by any means necessary. Possibly the original action girl, Pam Grier is simply outstanding in this true cult classic. It’s trashy, it’s action-packed and is simply grade A entertainment.
