Originally part of the BBC's Omnibus series, the chilling 1968 British supernatural horror classic Whistle and I'll Come to You was adapted by Jonathan Miller from an M.R. James ghost story. The film stars Michael Horden as a fussy professor who, after discovering an ancient whistle, unwittingly summons a terrifying spirit.
